SHIPPING

LOCAL PICKUP

  • Local pickups are ready within 1 hour for pickup.
  • Orders can be held for 1 week unless you’ve made arrangements.

SHIPPING TIMES

  • All orders are fulfilled and prepared for shipping within 1-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Shipping delivery time typically takes 1-7 days from when you receive your tracking number.
  • If you have not recieved an update on your order after 3 business days, feel free to contact us

      • RETURNS

We offer returns or exchanges but no cash refunds . Once an order has been placed online and in the process of being shipped it can not be cancelled. Exchanges are possible within 7 days of receiving the item.

Customers who are exchanging items and are located out of town
must pay for shipping of the item being returned to us and the new item being sent to them. If the customer is local to our area we encourage you to visit our store for the exchange.

Manufacturing defects are beyond our control and exchanges for minor defects will not be accepted.

  • ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE:

    To ensure an exchange can be processed, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. If the item is a PRE OWNED item it must be exactly as it arrived. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to start the exchange process.

 

  • NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
